This Best Western location consistently provides clean rooms, decent brekkie, and good customer service. I recently tried the attached restaurant, which has pretty good food, and a standard bar atmosphere. There's always people eating there, but it's not so loud that you can't have a conversation. I'd give 5 stars except that the front desk can be really slow. After driving 5 hours to get here, the last thing I want to do is wait an extra 30 minutes while the night desk serves only one customer before me.

My mom and I reserved a room for the Memorial Day weekend to visit family for a special occasion. We had to be up at 3 am to make our flight from Greensboro to Boston and were sleep deprived and exhausted when we reached our hotel. Hoping we could check in a few minutes early to get some sleep, we were disappointed when we were told by the unprofessional front desk lady that wouldn't be possible because check in wasn't until 3 and we arrived at 2:30. She quickly dismissed us to sit in the lobby our wait in the breakfast area away from the front desk. We took a seat in the lobby and proceeded to listen to her gossiping to who I believe was the manager, talking about other customers and employees. It was very unprofessional. She was dressed very sloppily, with a shirt two sizes too big and partially unbuttoned and her hair unkempt. Finally, she called us up and said we looked like we were falling asleep. No kidding. The check in did not go any better. We were disappointed that the pool was closed for renovations, and instead of apologizing or offering a token of atonement, she proceeded to argue with my 70 year old mom stating that it was "all over every website." When we got up to the room it smelled like dirty feet. The AC was very loud and squeaky and we could not get the shower to turn completely off. We later reported that to the manager but he said we didn't turn it to the middle. He wasn't concerned so neither were we at that point. I left my sweater in the lobby and a day later inquired at the front desk (same rude lady) if they have a lost and found. She stated she saw my sweater and "gave it to lost and found but they're gone for the day." What does that even mean? Lost and found is one person? After pressing her, she went in the back room and came out holding my sweater. Instead of renovating the hotel, they really need to renovate the staff. I will say that the restaurant in the hotel was really good, we had great service at the bar and at the table. The food and drinks were delicious. It must be completely different management because the level of customer service was like night and day.

Good place. We liked the location -decent distance to Boston downtown with a choice of routes to get there in case of traffic. Clean rooms. Breakfast variety is above average with freshly cut citrus fruits, omelets, choices of yogurt on top of regular continental breakfast. Unfortunately swimming pool was closed for renovation for the next several months - we were told till August.

Nice rooms and location. Right off the highway and just 10 minutes drive from downtown. Gave us a couple complementary water bottles in the room and the food at the restaurant on the first floor was good. Would recommend.

Really cool lobby. This hotel is set up really well. There is a great restaurant/bar, I mean this place is really cool inside! Breakfast is OUTSTANDING!!! Room's are big,clean and neat. Pricing is reasonable for a hotel so close to Boston. Really accessible to the highway's!
