We checked in aroynd 1:40 am and were told that our room was not in the system. Upon showing the invoice of the payment the man at the front desk refused to look at it and kept us for over 20 minutes waiting. Eventually giving us a different room and letting us in. The next day while still staying here we find out our card was charged for the previous night stay.

After speaking to a gentleman who appeared to be a supervisor we were able to get it resolved and we are very thankful. However, I still feel employees here should be knowledge of the systems and operations so that these silly mistakes aren't happening.

We were put up in this hotel through American Cancer Society. The staff couldn't of been more friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the pots and pans and the coffee pot was very handy to have. The room had a full size refrigerator and freezer. The area is very quite and close to all types of stores.

Upon arriving around 1:40am the guy at the desk tried saying we weren't in the system. Had invoice on hand of it being paid and yet he wouldn't look at it. After 15 minutes of playing around with his computer he must have figured it out... Gave us a different room and let us in....it was really frustrating...train your employees better please

Dirty and outdated. Tv didnt work properly and the bed moved when sat on. I won't stay at another one again

We have stayed here 100s of times. The majority of the staff are super friendly and helpful and a couple are not so friendly or helpful. The rooms are very clean. They only have grab n go items for breakfast - muffins, granola bars, oatmeal, coffee & hot chocolate. You can get the best pricing for this hotel using priceline express deals...
