Everything went smoothly but overpriced for what it is. Room was nice, bed comfortable. Hallway noise came through wall, tub didn't drain well, bathroom door stuck. For 350 a night, expected a bit higher quality. Got breakfast at on-site restaurant, 44 dollars for 2 coffees, 2 omelettes and some fruit. Colleague ordered a Moscow mule one evening. It was sub par and 14 dollars.

Very clean Westin hotel. Staff are extremely friendly and courteous. Never met a Westin where the employees passionately loved their job. The front desk were courteous, provided me a water, and some coffee. 

Lauren at the restaurant was a rockstar.

Excellent spot for meetings with their meeting rooms (would have liked some water in there and a trash can). Would use Westin again.

The Westin is one of the better hotels in the area. The rooms are nice, beds are comfortable. The only thing that has been a negative is that room service was way more then the prices posted.

initially I would have given a good review except for the lack of people working at the front desk which made check-in take forever!!  I think I lost something in their parking garage and have been trying to talk to someone about it for a week, but  no one EVER answers the phone in housekeeping!!  The item is very important to me and to have no way to reach the hotel is very frustrating. I would not stay here again.

There are not enough stars to rate this hotel. It is in a charming quiet location. The rooms are very comfortable. The staff goes out of their way to be helpful.
