Brand New hotel so it is clean and updated. Staff is helpful as always and have a dedicated shuttle driver. Location is tucked away off a main road but easy to navigate to. Like most roads in New England, it needs some work.

Nice Rooms: Spacious, clean and well appointed. 
Poor Customer Service: Overnight staff absolutely apathetic. 
New Construction issues: Closet door room 533 was not connected to the frame. Front desk didn't seemed interested. 
I am a long time Hilton Honors member. My family and I have had great experiences at Hilton properties worldwide and at Hampton Inns all across the country. Truly a very disappointing experience. I will not stay here when I return in a month and will advise my team to check one of the hotels across the highway. I just renewed my SPG membership.

Literally perfect!! Clean new room great breakfast and very friendly staff. Fitness room is also good. Pool is a bit small tho. Overall great experience.

Seems brand new.  Modern decor. Great shower. Nice pillows. Hot breakfast.
