They special ordered a tube and tire for our odd mountain bike.  It arrived quickly and was installed same day.  They have an amazing selection of bikes, skis, and accessories.   If you are riding the local trail it is a good spot to fuel up with energy bars and drinks.  For the more casual riders, they have a good beer selection too.

Needed to replace ceramic bearings on short notice just before flying out to a race. Steven was able to get my what I needed and Kyle went above and beyond to get the bearings installed. Keep up the great work and thank you.

They may have good products and good expertise, however they are arrogant.  My order got messed up, and didn't call to notify me.  Then when I came in to pick up my skis as scheduled, I waited around for more than an hour before they told me about the problem.  After all of that, they were not apologetic.  When I expressed my dissatisfaction, they called me "sassy".  Definitely not a good way to earn a life-long customer.  I will never shop here again.

Great nordic ski shop!   Awesome selection and a very knowledgeable staff.   They helped me find the perfect pair of skate boots!

Excellent service. My husband bought a new pair of skis and we noticed a defect when we were waxing them at home for the first time. We brought them back in and they were replaced immediately with zero hassle. They even waxed the replacement pair for him because we had mentioned that we had been planning to use them on a ski trip that was only days away. In addition, the staff was very friendly and chatted with us while we waited. Oh, and they have beer!
