Maury is an honest man with a heart of gold. His business is a reflection of that quality; his shop is just the shell. How many bike shops, or any other kind of shop, for that matter, can you name that allows customers to borrow tools for a quick fix? I walked in for a price quote and left with tips on how to fix my bike. He's won a customer for life.

The only time I have ever felt like 5 Star rating is totally unfair as Maury at the Bike Factory deserves an 11. I bet most of the other reviewers feel the same way!! Thank you God for this man and his GREAT service!!

Praise Jah we have this excellent resource. Morey is a genius when it comes to the fixing and will always have a solution. Truly keeps cycling egalitarian and affordable. Very knowledgable guy about many topics. Sometimes I go there just for the conversation. Sneaky good woodworker, too...

Has always known the answer to every question I've asked, has lots of supplies. the "messiness" of the shop is just part of an eccentric bike lover's business. It doesn't impact ANYTHING in terms of what he offers.
