The guy who talked to me was really friendly and knowledgeable but not pushy as some sales men can be. I didn't end up buying today but definitely plan on making a purchase during their up coming sale. They were able to answer my questions and really made me feel comfortable about a large purchase and the fear about not having ridden in 20 plus years.

We rented bikes from this place for a day and rode over to Walnut Creek Metropolitan Park. The service was great and they were super friendly. However I felt it was a little on the pricy side (therefore 4stars). If you plan to buy a bike you could use the rental cost towards a purchase which is nice. Note: If you want to rent a bike from this location, you will have to put an order in. We did it online. The store itself has no rental bike and they are brought to the store from the depot or main store as needed.

I bought a bicycle from this shop yesterday and it was a very pleasant experience. Tristan helped me out, and he was incredibly consultative and never went for a hard sell. I felt comfortable the whole time, and I got to ensure what I was buying was the right fit for me. He gave a bunch of recommendations, as I am a new bike owner. He went out of my way to ensure I had a good experience with my purchase and my bicycle. I also called into the office today, and got great recommendations on bike lubricants from the lady I spoke too, even when I wasn't buying from them. Overall fantastic experience.

Very helpful staff. Bike repairs on waiting list as everybody in Austin is getting they billed ready for spring.

Got a good tune up on a 10 year old bike here. Would recommend if your bike is not working like it use too.
