I have been to this store several times, every time I was in there someone helped me get what I needed for my bicycle (which I depend on solely for my transportation needs). In all fairness once I had to go back to have a part that I bought there reinstalled but both visits they never charged me a cent for installation and even gave me two free rivet nuts to replace what i had, so the part would have a better hold on the bike. No place is perfect, but if you as a customer have any patience at all (and most bicycle owners do) this store will not quit until what you buy from them works the way it should.

My son and I went in looking to make some repairs to his mountain bike. Jim greeted us as we walked in and within a minute had the right part in front of us. He took care to mention proper installation techniques and we were out the door having paid about half of what I was expecting. 

My son's bike is back on the road with a new shifter and cables. We'll be coming back with any other needs in the future.
