I'm honestly not sure why I didn't just buy a bike from them. My old bike's brakes broke down, and I brought it in for some help. They took a look at it and said it needed new tires. I straight up told them that I couldn't afford 50 dollar tires right now, and they were real cool about it. Just told me to be safe and to try to not ride it around dangerously without the brakes properly fixed.

Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about anything relating to bikes. They were able to measure me and adjust my seat accordingly and that completely changed the way that my bike feels on the road. I would highly recommend this shop for all your bicycle needs!

Like probably many other customers, I do not consider myself a biking enthusiast- I simply enjoyed riding bikes as a kid. I needed a low-impact activity to replace running, so bicycling came to mind. So why did I choose Bicycle World instead of, say Amazon or Walmart? Because I got a competitive price (that I did not expect, btw) AND service to go with it...proper fit, tips on technique, free maintenance tune-ups, plus discount on accessories the day of the sale. Chad took the time to walk me through what I didn't know or had forgotten. I am confident that I got a solid deal on a very good basic bike that meets my needs. Thanks Bicycle World!!

Great people. I can usually get help with tire repairs right away while I wait. They are really helpful with any problems I've ever had with my bike.
