These guys are truly awesome. They spent a significant amount of time and effort assisting me with the purchase of the best bike for my needs. And most importantly they never seemed annoyed or acted with the heir of superiority so many other shops seem to have. As I understand it things have changed in the last year or so there and all seemingly for the better. I have been to pretty much all of the other bike shops in the area and this has by far been the best experience!

Purchased a new bike, and was extremely pleased with the customer service. The original bike was damaged in shipping, but the staff did a great job of getting my replacement in a very timely manner. Service people were also thorough with the set-up, and answering all of my questions. I highly recommend this shop!

I brought my own replacement cables & find that they were not used on my bike. As a result of that I'm in hospital now. I should have hired a crack head instead.

I'm going to have to eat my words from the past, which were "I will never buy a bike from Performance."  I have to say that I have been extremely impressed with the COMPLETE TRANSFORMATION that this shop has taken over the past year under the direction of Romain.  

It is clear that he has worked his tail off to change the reputation of a once dying bike shop that was known for poor customer service and staff that was less than knowledgable.  The sales team there is incredible, including Jason and Kelly, to name a few.  Ben, the mechanic, really knows his stuff and I have been happy with the work he has done on my new Fuji Roubaix 1.0 race bike.  

This shop has clearly changed, and I would definitely recommend stopping in and seeing the NEW AND IMPROVED Performance Bicycle.

Kelly , Eric , and Jason have given me the best service knowledge in a retail setting that I have experience in years . I started cummuting to work 1 year ago . They easily explained what would work best for me. As regards to my maintenance they have always been honest about the adjustments I could make to get a better ride . Btw the repair shop is very informative too . When a wealth of knowledge .
