I don't even know why I am bothering to leave a review. Obviously, the people that try this shop are not checking the reviews. ( I am one of those people) After being treated rudely on the phone, I went to this shop in person, I guess i didn't get enough on the phone.I was sure that they would be more professional if they had to deal with me face to face... I was wrong. Don't ever go to this place for any reason. I can't even rate their ability, these are just bad people.

Horrible, I'm amazed these people are still in business. I wish I had read these reviews prior. That many people can't be wrong. They were rude and lied to my aging mother. Customer service is not in their vocabulary. Their MO is we are slow and can get to it right away and a week later they haven't even started. They said they would charge her for a written estimate? My Mother says, go to Sears. They are less expensive and will do what they say. I hope you don't make the same mistake.

This is the worst mower shop in the metroplex! Worst customer service ever! Pompous, arrogant, and very unprofessional. Don't waste your time or money!

Had some issues with my Toro riding mower, but was unable to get it into the shop for them to take a look. They were very helpful in setting up pick-up and delivery of my mower, and kept me up to date during the repairs. And even though it was their busy time of year, the repairs were finished quicker than I expected. Not sure why so many negative reviews; will definitely use again!

Called with a number from my briggs and stratton carberator trying to buy a new one or a kit. His reply was not a good number then hung up. I had referenced off the internet and thats whats on the carb. go fiqure. Is there a place to rate them lower that a one.
