Very disappointed  I was told my bike would be in on Tuesday it didn't come till Thursday then I was told it would be ready for pickup by end of day ...well here it is Friday 4-12-17 And still no bike .....just picked up my new bike even though it took longer than i,was told I am now very happy with the out come 
I can't wait to start pedaling off the pounds

I purchased 2 bikes from this shop back in the 90s  and was a great experience the manager at the time would host organized bike rides.

I am back in town visiting and want to stop by and see if the same guy is still there.

I went in to have a crank rethreaded - something I thought would be fairly routine and inexpensive. It turns out they don't do this type of repair. So they offer to replace the whole crank instead and I accepted (hey I just needed it fixed). Now I had to pay for a new crank, and TWO new pedals, since they don't sell them in singles pfft. That's okay, I just needed it fixed right? Well they kept my bike for much longer than they had initially told me it would. 

I finally get my bike back and ended up paying over $50. I get home all excited to take it for a ride when I notice the pedals were just barely put on. I had to finish the job and tighten the pedals myself. This is when I began to regret going to Bicycle World. How do you give a bike back to your customer if it's not ready to ride?!

Grrr...so I began my ride and noticed they moved my seat position up. For what reason, I have no clue. I didn't ask for that. Oh well - kept on riding. Halfway through my course, I almost lost control of the bike when the handle bar slipped forward! Not cool BW! Being without tools to tighten the wobbly handle bar, I had to pedal home extra slowly and carefully. Then about 8 blocks from home, the seat gave way and slammed down to the frame all lowrider style. I nearly beefed it in the street. Nice job BW. You know, I was a really cool customer- didn't complain about the extra time or the price. So I don't know why these guys would try to get me injured. Next time I'll find an honest bike shop that won't sabotage my bike just because it's not some NASA built, carbon fiber - titanium - unicorn bone composite superbike.

I've had the opportunity to purchase 3 bikes there, and the employees are great, Terry is always there to lend a helping hand or give you info!  We are lucky to have a reputable bicycle shop in our town, they are always actively involved in cycling events, and are not pushy at all!  I strongly recommend this facility!  Shouts out Terry, Jiame, Miguel and Steven!
