Best rental company on the Island - such a great atmosphere and island feel - the owner was born and raised on the island and not only can inform you about his company but can give you a recommendation on anything on the island! The rest of the staff was great and always willing to help. Easy and available rental service in a great location! Highly recommended! He also does Fishing Charters!

I bought a used bike a couple of weeks ago from this awesome bike shop. Shawn and Jeff are very nice and helpful guys. Today we went back and Shawn interrupted his lunch to replace a tube in a tire. They also swapped out for a better used seat. I just had both of my hips replaced this summer so riding a bike is a dream come true!! Thank you thank you!! You are a great company!!! Five Star all the way!!

I recently received a bicycle as a birthday gift. The saddle was especially uncomfortable, and I ordered a different one from Amazon thinking I could just swap them out. When it came, I realized it would take me at least two hours with questionable results. I bicycled to Island Bicycle Company at around 3 o'clock  pm today. By 3:15, the seats were switched out, at no charge. That itself was monstrously impressive. But in addition, I was well aware that my new bike was a jumble of inferior components from the huge horrid W store, but the owner or employee of Island Bicycle didn't bat an eye. I was treated as if I were making a large and profitable sale (much to my relief). Looking around at the impressive selection of bikes for sale, I know that if this bike does not work for the 5 mile round trip commute to my job, I will buy a real bike here.

Excellent experience getting my bike serviced at this shop, the process was painless and quick! I highly recommend this shop for all of your biking needs!

We went here to purchase accessories for our bikes we ordered through airline miles rewards (otherwise we would've bought the bikes here too). The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and we were able to find everything we wanted due to their wide selection and variety of  accessories. They also had extremely great prices. 

We also took our stroller here to have the inner tube repaired. It was under $15, including tax, and was ready the next day. Amazon was asking $16 per inner tube and delivery would take a month.

This place is great!! I recommend this shop to anyone looking to buy bikes & accessories, and/or for bike repairs. They're the best!!
