I purchased a bike at another store and returned it because they did not have what I wanted, and I settled for something I did not like. After shopping at several bike stores for a new Cannondale, I purchased here because of the great selection and advice.  Russ, the manager, took the time to help me get the bike I wanted, and he also took the time to set up the bike and to go thru how to use it properly. My new bike is awesome and I am very happy with the exceptional service here. Highly recommended!

I went in to get my chain replaced on my Trek Verve 3. Ron was great and got it done quickly and well. He also chatted with me for about 15 minutes answering my questions. Really great shop! I would totally recommend it!

Everytime I go in there the guys are knowledgeable. Great job working on a few of my bikes. I go there for anything bike related whether it's parts and service to little things like accessories.

The location is quite hidden service is friendly but poor bike selection only really cannondale and Haro bikes maybe the ocasional Masi

I brought my bike there for an issue I had with the bottom bracket. Russ charged me $80 for a 'service' but never repaired the problem.  I took the bike home and immediately noticed the issue remained. Russ claimed he test rode it but that seemed impossible since I barely made it home. I asked for a refund and that was denied. Incompetent, expensive and inferior customer communication skills combined with lots of bs.
