I have lived in 9 states across the US and always needed a good bike shop. This is the best that I have ever had. The staff is always friendly. That have great prices and service. I know some people have griped about the service wait time... but that is no reason to give them a low score. They have amazing mechanics who know their stuff. Those guys are in demand. My experience may be unique, but twice I have come in with critical issues and once had them stay until after hours to get my by bike working. They didn't have to do that. But routine stuff, I normally schedule that out a few weeks. Go try to get your bike serviced at Walmart or Amazon, See how that works out for you. Buy your bike here and get it serviced here. You won't regret it.

I have only gone there for service, which I love. The only catch, is their service staff is seasonal, meaning they are short staffed in the fall when their college aged employees return to school. But the one full-time employee is so knowledgeable and efficient, it's worth waiting for. The end result is superior.

After calling ahead, we immediately got taken care of the second we walked in the door. Everyone was extremely helpful and super nice. An employee (Jason) even took the time to fix a few things for us free of charge. I would definitely recommend visiting this store for any and all bicycle needs and or apparel. Great customer service!!!

We went in to replace our son innertube. The staff was extra nice, and made it a fun experience for our son.
