I’ve been shopping around for a new car, went to several places. Walked into BIG Joe’s Auto and walked out with a big smile. Tariq was so helpedfuk and walked me through everything i needed help with. Lord knows i asked a lot of questions and he was very patient and very helpful. I recommend EVERYONE to come here and see Tariq. Tell him i sent you lol. Great atmosphere and wonderful customer service

When I first walked in I wasn't very impressed by the dealership or it's atmosphere, but Chris G changed my mind about it all. He was very friendly and wasn't pushy at all. I was in a time crunch and we planned to meet up again and the second time I came in he had all the vehicles I wanted to try ready. After I found one I wanted, I let Chris know and it was smooth sailing from there we negotiated on a price and got the financing I wanted. I would definitely tell anyone I knew to give Chris and the team there a chance.

I will give them a solid 4 stars. It was a rocky road but in the end they have kept their promise and taken care of their customer in order to make them happy. I would give them a solid referral in the future. Sometimes it is hard to find a business that would be willing to handle it the way that Joe himself has done.
