The absolute best car shopping experience from start to finish. Sales associate Jose was very kind and extremely knowledgeable. Faulkner made me feel very comfortable and not pressured at all. Warren from finance explained everything in detail and was very up front and honest throughout the whole process. I Found the perfect car at the perfect price!

Tony was a great salesman to work with.  I took a CX-5 on a test drive and came back a week later.   Solid vehicle.   Tony was fair and we negotiated to a price and deal we were both happy with.  They do try to get you with extra warranties at the end.   Just make sure you stick to what you want and can spend.   You'll leave with a good deal and happy about your new vehicle at Faulkner Mazda.  I will be returning for service.

This dealership has very unprofessional sales team. They tried to rip off my cousin over a sale of 2017 Mazda CX-9 Touring by offering over 6.7% APR, when he has a decent   credit history. When I got involved and asked for a better APR, so we can close the deal, the sales person didn't even try to see if they can get better APR for him.
Be very careful, they will rip you off if you are trustful person.

My wife and i recently bought a great pre owned CX5 from Faulkner Mazda. We had a salesman named David help us out through the process. He provided us amazing customer service the entire time we worked with him. He even went over all the car's features with us before we left so we felt comfortable and knew all about the vehicle. The entire staff there was friendly and made you feel comfortable. I would highly recommend going here for any new or used Mazda!

Buyers be aware, I purchase a Pre-Certified 2014 cx5, driving less than 11k miles my battery died. I understand it's a used vehicle but having super less miles , the car only has total 29k. I know having a battery change is a normal wear and tear, but when I called their service area, to see if they can do something about this situation. They are asking for the full price of the battery no discounts what so ever and the pricing they are giving is a rip off. $200 bucks while other shops do it for lot less. Overall customer service experience sucked, I will not be giving any more business with this dealership again.
