Will I be buyer with Luxury Auto again ? - YES! I got 1 year old car with the very low mileage at the discount rate compare to the market value. Happy with my car! And thanks Anna and the Luxury Auto Sales. But in in response to the Si Ly I can say I had similar situation I purchased a car at the end of May, got my temp registration for 90 days and was patiently waiting for the permanent registration to arrive in the mail until my bank started to bug me "Get me the title or we are raising your rate" so what I did is 1. Called the Luxury Auto Sales - they said its coming 2. Went to the local Auto Tag office where I registered my car and requested proof that the car was really registered and the sales taxes were paid by the dealership - I got that 3. Than I called PA DMV department to figure out what was going on they said that I didn't paid the $5.00 county fee (but it was paid!) and its delaying the process of the registration. 4. I went to the local DMV office and paid fee again with the proof of receipt, waited for another few weeks than called PA DMV again, they said "we mailed it to you, if you didn't get it its not our fault apply again, fill the form ...etc" 5. I was completely exhausted by the process and few days before my temp registration was about to expire stopped again at the Tag office where I registered the car...the registration was just quietly sitting on the shelf - I finally got it.." So get the proof that the Tag Office submitted all your paperwork first and than go from there. Good Luck!

Bought a boat from this person back in April 2017. Paid in full with trusting this person to deliver the seat cushions that were not available at the time. After many attempts and headaches finally got the seat cushions after 2 months. Took the boat out and engine stalled. I brought the boat to shop and there was a linkage issue and fuel system identified. The cost for repair was over 1k. My biggest mistake was trusting this person when he said the boat was running fine. I guessed I got fooled for trusting people. This proves buying an item for dealer is 50/50 chance or a coin toss. I wouldn't buy anything from this dealer.

BUYING my Mercedes hear was truly a great experience! the sales man and sales team were very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable 5 STARS treatment from the test drive to the sale of the car . Went October 11, 17 to see a car. After asking the price I was told another price. After showing Anna the price listed on a website she said it was a mistake. Anna excused herself to take a phone call and once she returned conveniently the car was not for sale because someone "just posted a deposit " yesterday for that car. DISHONEST person.

I have tried and tried to get my tags and registration or even the info to go do it myself at NJDMV...I was told a couple of times its coming and now nothing and I can get no answer back. My husband and I have both been trying...Now I've got to call PA and the finance company and see what I can do. I travel out of state alot and cannot drive a car that isnt registered! So annoyed. Such a horrible inconvienence
