Quick service, friendly staff and good price. Took my truck in for an alignment and oil change it was a better price than some of the other places I checked. They said they'd have it all done in about an hour and 15 minutes, got a call from them to pick my truck up about 45 minutes after. They even put on complementary tire shine!

We have had great service and incredible honesty from Big O tires in Cottonwood Heights. We took a car in expecting to get new brakes and they did a small adjustment free of charge...problem solved. My parents and siblings are now Big O customers too! And they report an equally great experience!

I went to a different Big O store many years ago and decided to try the Fort Union Blvd. one again when it first opened about 6 years ago. I haven't bought tires anywhere else since then. Big O as a company seems fine, but its the store manager and employees that make this one so great. Its where I buy tires and that ain't changin'. Thanks guys for your excellent service!!

Went in to have my oil changed and tires rotated. Service was quick and friendly, and they didn't attempt to sell me any extras. Just did what I asked them to do, charged me, and I was on my way. What a refreshing experience.

Update: went back to buy tires a month later, and I was surprised by how quickly they worked. 25-30 minutes elapsed between the time I handed my key over to when they called my name saying it was done. I've never seen service that quick at a tire place.

I used to hate Big O tires from my experience at other locations, but this location completely redeemed them in my eyes.  They are fast, courteous, and don't make up stupid excuses about why you need new tires when you just went in for an oil change.  One of the most honest locations I have been to.
