They are always nice in the pharmacy as well as in the store. They are always right on top of all my prescriptions needs and the app works great to tell me that my precriptions are ready.

The property management company repainted the parking lot differently than before and it is much harder to park in. Plus, they reduced the handicapped spaces from four to two, in such a big lot, and a big store like Rite Aid. To add insult to injury, the idiot snow plow drivers push the snow INTO the handicapped spaces, yet all the other spaces have little or no snow in them. Going to report Rite Aid to state and federal authorities. The head pharmacist is very grouchy. Not very courteous to customers.

This is the only pharmacy in my area that will take my insurance. Due to the very nasty virus going around due to (I believe) the change in the weather, I came down with a very bad sore throat, vomiting, etc. When I went to get my prescription the pharmacist was very rude to me. She was snappy, ignorant, disrespectful, etc. I don't believe that is how someone as professional as a pharmacist is supposed to act
