Their pipes are getting replaced soon. So they let the place go. The bathroom is gross, lights don't work, dirty, etc. Coffee still good. Feel like they skimp on the cream cheese. Manager is nice. Hope they work it out.

The last several times I've been here I have been extremely unimpressed. Long line, 30 minute wait, wrong order, overcharged.. The girl that works the window is poorly trained and/or incompetent and the manager projects his stress and frustration on the rest of the staff. It's awkward. While food is great, I probably won't be back here for a while.

Really wanted a smoothie at lunch and was told EB's was the nearest decent smoothie. Got a strawberry banana blend and a blueberry bagel with strawberry shmear. NO REGRETS. Quick drive thru service, decent price, delicious results.

I go here at least once a week, if not more. Great food, nice people, but management has a hard time keeping the staff and the employees that are consistent are worked really hard!!. I'd say management sucks! Lucky for them, those few but good employees take care of the store.
