I agree with other reviewers,  clean,  nice staff, good prices.  But I can't give it 5 stars.  I'm from Springville and the reams there is comparable to Harmons... it feels like a high end grocery store.  This reams had a bunch of empty shelves on a few isles which feels like they are going out of business or just don't care to put product up.  And I didn't love that the entrance forces you to go through the produce section.  I happened to need produce this time,  but if I were in a rush or only needed milk and eggs or something it would have bothered me.

Ream's seems to have gone downhill since I was a kid. Either that or certain things I just didn't seem to notice. 

When I was a kid I would go with my dad to Ream's because my dad said that they had the best produce around. Granted I grew up in Sandy and that was during a time when Draper was only farms and nothing else, and Sandy city basically ended at 10600 South. 

Now that I'm older and shopping for my family I have gone to Ream's a couple of times to get produce, but I've always been disappointed, and I do mean DISAPPOINTED! Bananas that are on shelf are beyond ripe, apples are bruised, oranges and other citrus fruits just squish. It almost seems like Ream's has become the last stop for the farmers these days. Not to mention that the stores don't really look like they have been well maintained. I say that because I regularly see broken tiles and dirty floors. In the soda isle I'm never surprised by a sticky floor either.

However, the staff at Ream's and every Ream's I have been to have been nothing but friendly! I always know that if I go here I will be greeted by a smiling face every time!

Absolute worst customer service I've ever come across. First experience, husband walked in to get me some doughnuts after having a bad day (all reams we've dealt with have bakeries). He asked if they had one and one of the employees was BENT OVER LAUGHING at him. Every experience since has been a JOKE. Teenagers don't even look up from their phones when you walk up to the register. I've NEVER been greeted when walking in and NEVER been told thank you. I have had to walk around a group of employees gossiping in the front because no one could be bothered to step out of the way. Overly entitled kids with no training.

I would give Zero if I could. The male manager that sits in the booth is super lazy. He is unwilling to take my return. He told me to wait in a long line with one cashier open.  instead of him helping me or calling for help. When I got to the cashier. The cashier said the booth supervisor always sits there and plays on his phone. Not helping with needs of customers. 

 Witnessed and experienced Several bad customer serv. Other supervisor Opens register and takes person in back of line instead of next person.

Always good parking, good service; I always get my vegetables and fruits there. However cigarettes and beer is a bit overpriced there not by a lot, but I wouldnt go there for those items. However meat market is solid there.
