Staff was nice enough, manager not bad, techs could be better. 

Brought my van in for a tire balance, the techs jacked it up by the running boards, not the frame rails, which left pretty noticeable dents.

At the time I wasn't 100% sure if it was this Big O (North College) that did the damage or the Loveland location that put on the tires the week before. 

I found a photo I took a couple of days before I went in to the Fort Collins Big O that showed the running boards with no damage. When I was 100% sure it was the North College Big O that damaged my vehicle I called the manager. He didn't believe that it was his shop that did this damage and wanted to check the security cameras at the other store. He told me the best thing he could do was have his guys fix the damage if I brought the vehicle back into his shop.

I never received a call back from him. Considering the poor job the techs did the last time, I definitely do not trust them with any sort of body work.

I assume the owner will reply saying that this is not the way they lift vehicles (one side at a time with a floor jack) and there is no way this damage could have been caused by them. They do have floor jacks though, and if you're a minimum wage tire tech just looking to get the job done so he can go home this sort of stuff happens.

After neglecting my car's needs for too long, I stopped by the Big O on N College to have it serviced. What started out as a chore, turned into a pleasant experience... I received prompt, polite attention from Monte, whom answered my (many) questions with competence and patience. He treated me with respect & made sure I was comfortable with the choices I was making, which I greatly appreciated. Service was completed quickly while I waited in the comfortable & clean area provided. I left feeling confident that I received top-notch service at a fair price... I will definitely be back! Thank you.

Unaware of what my car needed, Brad took care of me and informed me exactly what was up and didn't pressure me into getting services. Just simply informed me of what could be better maintained, why, and whether they could do it for me or not. Would definitely recommend speaking with Brad! He goes above and beyond to ensure you have an easy and stress free visit- a great face for this company!

I've been waiting for over 3 hours. People that got here after me have come and gone. I get places get busy, but 3 hours for an alignment, really? First and last time doing business with big o tires.

After paying for an alignment on 6/13/17 my vehicle is pulling 10 times harder. I have to hold down the steering wheel otherwise I instantly veer off the road. I feel like Big O Tires has endangered my life and the drivers around me by making my car less safe and charging me 85$ for it.
