We have been dealing with Biggers Mazda for over 11 years now. They've done a awesome job every time we come in there for service or buying a Vehicle. We recently just bought a 2017 Mazda CX-5 and the experience was painless. We had to buy a new vehicle for my wife and she was really happy with how they treated us and how easy it was to purchase a vehicle. Our salesman Joe and the rest of the team were outstanding. We live in Niles Illinois but we are willing to make the drive to see them Force whatever service that may be needed for our vehicles or the course buying a new vehicle. I recommend this dealership to all my family and friends. They may not be the biggest, the largest, or the fanciest dealership, but they will get the job done and will make you leave with a smile.

Solid dealership, David in sales is knowledgeable, personable and remembers his customers. Service is good, prices are not cheap but reasonable for a dealer. Work typically completed timely. We will return here for our next Mazda.

I typically come here for parts and service for my Mazda when I can't handle it myself, or need hard-to-find parts. The service staff has always been friendly and helpful.

My recent car purchase here went smoothly as well, from letting us test drive the car, to the actual purchase and paperwork. When I pointed out some issues after the test drive, they made sure it was taken care of with no hassle. The sales rep Joe, and the manager Ron, were both great to work with.

We brought our son to buy his dream car a, Ford Mustang, after he completed Army Basic.  The salesman David and the General Manager,Bob, were incredibly helpful and easy to deal with.  We got a remarkable deal that no other dealer could touch with no unnecessary haggling.  I will absolutely return for our next vehicle.

I Purchased a Mazda here in 2017. The salespeople were straight forward and pleasant to work with. When registering this car in the state that I live in the dealership was able to overnight documents that the county needed to complete the registration process at their own expense. I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a Mazda.
