I have purchased 4 vehicles from Sebastian at Muller's Woodfield Acura in Hoffman Estates. These have been the easiest purchases I have ever made. Sebastian will work with you over email to get the car selected you want, and will offer the best price around.  You simply show up, see the car, test drive it, and sign the papers and you are done!  Once you own the vehicle, the service department is excellent here too. If you are shopping for an Acura, you have to talk to Sebastian! Patrick in Finance explains everything to you in a clear, concise manner, and is very helpful with completing the transaction!

Got an Acura from Muller's just a month ago after a great no hassle interaction with Sebastian Wrobel.  Was able to work out a deal completely through phone and email before even getting to the lot.  We drove all the way up from St. Louis and had a great experience at the dealership.  They beat out all the Acura dealerships here in the St. Louis area and it was definitely worth the drive up to Chicago for the great deal we had.

If you are in the market for a new or pre-owned car definitely give them a chance to earn your business even if you aren't in the area. I can't recommend Sebastian enough if you are looking for a straight forward no hassle experience.

We purchased a 2015 Certified Acura MDX and traveled from Wisconsin.  Richard made the transaction very easy.  Great people who are fantastic to work with.  They made the entire process very enjoyable.

Highly recommend them and will return for our next vehicle.

Another convert to the Lance Fan Club!  My husband and I had been looking at SUVs for a couple of months, but had yet to find one that "spoke" to me.  We happened upon the Mueller Acura dealership and thought why not check out what they have.  I have never been interested in an Acura but upon meeting Lance and his sharing of his in-depth knowledge, I found myself intrigued.  Mueller has quite an inventory and Lance knows the available inventory.  Lance seriously knows his brand.  We were lucky to be greeted by him upon entering the dealership.  I couldn't imagine working with anyone else.  He was a HUGE reason we bought an Acura MDX (not withstanding the quality of the car).  We dilly-dallied about purchasing for a couple of weeks.  I even brought my eldest son to test drive for his input.  Even my son was impressed with Lance (and he is one tough cookie as he is cynical).  Lance was gracious and patient throughout our journey.  We couldn't be happier with our experience (and that is a rare thing in car buying) and with our new car.  I especially appreciated Lance taking the time to show and explain all the technology on the MDX after our purchase.  He has even reached out to us post purchase to ensure our satisfaction with the vehicle.  Lance and Mueller made an Acura believer out of my family.  Thank you so much!
  I would also like to give a shout out to the Higgins' facility finance manager, Patrick Douglas, class act and very personable.  He got us a better interest rate from our own bank than we had be quoted by it.  
Again, the whole experience rocked.  :)

We started with a used MDX search, and got connected with Sebastian Wrobel at Muller's Woodfield Acura.  Very professional from the first contact to the last, he knew everything about the MDX (spanning many model years).  Our used search did not produce a good fit for us, and after learning of the various features and changes from model year to model year, we started considering a new vehicle.  We found a new MDX on the Muller website that was everything we were looking for, and made a surprise visit late on a Saturday.  Sebastian was over the top, very patient, low key, NO PRESSURE, and he answered all our questions, and shared all kinds of information on both the vehicle and the dealership, to help us in the decision process. If you don't have a contact at Muller, and have a reason to investigate something they have, I highly recommend you ask for Sebastian.  We have been buying cars for a long time, mostly new, and can honestly say we have never had a better experience in working through this process (to be fully transparent, this is our first experience with an Acura vehicle).  Everyone we encountered at Muller was excellent, very professional and courteous, but we spent nearly all our time with Sebastian so he rightfully deserves the shout out.
