I am always overly pleased with the service and professionalism I receive at Cucci Ford; and have been a long standing customer since the purchase of my vehicle.

Mr. Tom Territo (Service Advisor) has always provided fair and reasonable estimates for necessary  and routine maintenance. He and his team take the time to assure their customers understand what work is required and why; while remaining personable and professional. I very much trust Mr. Territo and the Cucci Ford Service Team for all my auto maintenance requirements; and would recommend them to others for both minor and major vehicle issues.

I absolutely hate the car buying experience, but Trevor really made me and my family very comfortable throughout the process.  He was helpful, knowledgeable, and most importantly - patient, as I at times uncertain through this.  He and the team did a great job, and I walked out with the that would work best for me and my family.  Thank you all.

Great selection of cars.   I have bought several cars there and the service is great.  They are nice and close which is a plus for when and if I need service.

I feel very strongly that they treated me fair. I enjoy my trip from Rockford, IL to E. Dundee, IL to purchase this new vehicle. My salesman when out of his way to get me a excellant deal. I am retired from the US Army and they assisted me in getting a nice rebate. Thank you Ford. I really did appreciate it.

Honest. Understands the customer. Respectful. These guys took a loss on the car so I wouldn't have to drive 40 miles to work in a 10 year old car. They care about your safety... Not the norm when selling a car. Zach A is the best. I will be telling friends and family and the 900 people I work with to GO TO CUCCI FORD. THEY TAKE GOOD CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS AND MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE FAMILY.
