Purchased a used Infiniti and was extremely satisfied with the whole experience. Erik was attentive without being pushy and got me the information I needed. He was helpful and walked me through each step answering my questions. They were very accommodating and upfront in negotiating the final deal. I made it to the end and thought I was going to get the pressure on purchasing extended warranty, but they accepted my simple, "no thank you". After I took possession of the car I found an issue that I would have liked to know upfront. I brought it up and they apologized and offered to fix the issue. Excellent customer service. Buying a car is not on my list of fun tasks, but would gladly do business again with Erik.

Best experience buying a car so far! Our salesman Joel was fantastic and very knowledgeable as well as the manager JP. We purchased a QX80 and a few things needed to be fixed they took care of those and few extras! Never had a salesman sit with us and show us every detail of the car, had a mini lesson on the entire dash. Couldn't be happier with our purchase and the whole process! Not to mention the car wash we get to use whenever we need it! Will HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for an Infiniti.

Overall, working with Erik Martinez was a great experience; however, dealing with Chad Simon was absolutely horrendous. Upon discussing some concerns over the condition of the vehicle, he was unhelpful and did not try to help the situation at all. While discussing our six hour drive to get to that dealership we were met with the answer "I did not tell you to come down here." Usually in a business setting, managers clean up for the salesman if a bad impression is made, but in my experience our salesman, Erik Martinez, had to clean up for his unprofessional, unfriendly, and downright rude manager, Chad Simon. If I had to rate my experience concerning only the time spent with Erik it would be a 5/5, but if my review was only based on what Chad "offered" it would be beyond poor. A special thank you to Erik Martinez for trying to make the situation better and offering an apology on Chad's behalf. Would fully recommend working with Erik Martinez, but I highly caution against working with Chad Simon.

Oustanding attention to detail. Joel never pushed, always stayed in touch. Made me very comfortable buying a new car from him. Will go back when I want my next one!

After an online search for a specific used vehicle directed me toward the Inifiniti of Hoffman Estates dealership, I received a call from Daniel Tucker. After providing answers to a few questions regarding the vehicle cost, options, specs., we decided that we were interested in purchasing the SUV (LARGELY a result of the personality and professionalism of Daniel). Having a tight personal schedule, we had an opening two days later and I called Daniel to ask a few final questions. Disappointed to learn that Daniel was on vacation, I called the showroom general number and was connected to another sales rep. (name undisclosed) who was extremely aggressive in his approach and very condescending in general. This turned me off immediately. Fortunately, while on the phone with the unnamed rep. Daniel called me on his vacation day to make sure that I had my questions answered. After being reengaged by Daniel, I made the trip from my home 3-4 hours away to purchase the vehicle. Throughout the entire process, Daniel was prompt, professional, respectful, and attentive to my requests and needs. We not only had a wonderful experience purchasing this car from Daniel, I will contact him (albeit 3-4 hours away) the next time that we need a car and am happy to recommend him to others currently looking.
