Here at Ron Hopkins Ford we specialize in just about everything that has to do with the automobile industry. I recently traded my BMW that I owed more than it was worth for a new Ford F-150. Ken at Hopkins Ford was awesome. I generally don't trust automobile salesmen, but Ken didn't fit that mold. He was very honest, friendly, helpful. He got us the exact truck we wanted and even got us a factory installed bed liner and cover included in financing. Thanks Ken. Chris

Been going here for service since I bought my truck from them 5 years ago. The quick lane service guys are great. The full service is usually really good too. My only complaint is recall service. My vehicle has had several recalls and the service department never has the parts needed. If that would improve then I would give them a 5. Sales department is also fantastic.

Top notch. Very helpful. I am more than pleased with my F-250 and eager to test out the snow plow. Overall I was very satisfied with the customer service, mark Stillwater was informative and super friendly, the service center and staff are well informed and gave me some tips on how to keep my beast running longer. I will be a regular at this service center.

After over 3 decades of avoiding Ford, I decided I needed to check out one of their vehicles. I investigated it for several months and found that it would more than meet my needs. I chose to buy it at Hopkins Ford. Mostly because they are the Ford closest dealer. They were awesome. No pressure, no haggling, no hidden costs, or surprises. Business the way you would expect it to be. I am a bit of a car snob when it comes to comfort and functionality. I spend a lot of time on the road. So on my first road trip when on a brand new highway I felt the tiniest of front end wobble, I took it to their quick lane maintenance. Again they were awesome. Most places would have told me that was normal at the speed I described. I knew it was probably a wheel balance. They mentioned, maybe it's a wheel balance. With a short wait they took off the front tires and balanced them again, confirmed they were off ever so slightly and got me on my way an no charge of course. Looking forward to working with these guys more often. Oh, and Rodney, my salesman. The Bomb!!! He's knows his stuff and he easy to work with.

What a wonderful experience at Hopkins Ford! Tony was my salesman and he did an amazing job making me feel comfortable and welcome while showing me around the lot. He had two cars ready for me to testdrive based on my budget, and was well-versed in all the intricacies of both cars! Not once during our time in the cars did I feel any pressure to buy; it was like talking with an old friend. When it came time to buy my car, Glenn, the finance manager, Jeff and Ron Hopkins made me feel so excited and were immensely helpful. They answered all of my questions with ease! All around, it was a great experience, and I am so happy with my new car! I don't know that I could ever buy a car from anyone else!
