We had gone to a couple of other shops before driving out to Bikes @ Vienna. Tim and his staff were outstanding! We were able to test some of the options on the nearby bike trail, helping us feel confident in our selections. Tim and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and super patient. We selected a bike for me and a recumbent trike for my wife. Bikes @ Vienna not only delivered for a small fee, but also came to us for our 100 mile service. You won't be disappointed visiting them before making your purchase. Bikes @ Vienna is the best!

I came to this shop because of the reviews.. and yes they are the best The staff were knowledgeable helpful and patient.. I tried the Brompton twice they help to choose the best for me as it is different than other bikes.. Also they have good collection of bikes and accessories Many Thanks Tim and Daniel to all..

As a novice, I went looking for a recumbent bikes and the staff spent over an hour with me, patiently explaining features, advantages, and disadvantages. I rode a number of bikes and trikes, with no pressure to buy at all. I was invited back after I thought things over so I could take one out for a longer ride. Their prices are list, so you are paying for service and attitude. They do carry used bikes/trikes on commission, however, so you can shave off a few bucks that way. I live two hours away and will go back when I'm ready to buy.

Super professional and knowledgeable staff. Tim went above and beyond in dealing with the VA and getting registered in their system. Thanks Bikes@Vienna for helping a disabled vet get a VA funded trike!

The folks at bikes@vienna are super helpful. I was looking for a hard-to-find-in-the-US Brompton pump, and Tim had them in stock and hooked me up. It's great to have some folding bike experts in the region that you can turn to.
