Highly recommended!
Went there to rent a bike for a day. Staff was highly knowledgeable and helpful. They helped me choose an ideal bike for me. 
The store has a great location as well, just a minute away from the W&OD trail.
Will definitely be back.

So I brought my bike here for a high level repair. I didn't recognize the mechanic. I asked how much experience she had and the manager totally went me2 on me and refused work on my bike.  I went to Green Lizard and had the repair expertly done. Only in Reston do bike shops refuse business. Bye bye bike lane.

I've been commuting to work for a couple years and you can imagine the toll that puts on my road bicycle.  After noticing a decrease in performance and loud unwanted noises, I decided to take it to the bike lane for a performance tune.  Todd, one of the mechanics, explained in detail what work needed to be done and I left the bike for maintenance.  A week later I picked up my bike it road like the day I first took it home.  I will definitely be returning to The Bike Lane for further bicycle maintenance.

High end bikes at a decent price. The sales staff are ok but the maintenance and repair staff are really excellent!
