I stupidly tried to pull into an underground parking garage with my Specialized Diverge on a roof rack. Terrible "crunching" sounds followed. I took my bike to Spokes for an inspection and they were amazing! Turns out the only damage was to my saddle. After purchasing a replacement saddle I was off to the Washing O&D trail. This shop is great!

I got my bike shoes here. The staff is amicable. I wasn't sure about start using clips, but they let me practice in the store before going back to the trail

The staff was wonderful! Jeff, who helped me, was fantastic! I had an issue with a missing piece for a bike rack. He thoroughly explained what I needed, and even showed me how to put it on the rack when I came in the second time. He did this even though the store did not have the part - so with no sales prospect at this time. I will definitely be back!

The team at Spoke is exceptional. Great sales and service, friendly and very proficient at everything cycling. Whether you are selecting the right bike for a first time rider, or a competitive athlete, they know their stuff and will make sure you leave with what you need with no pressure at all. Solid selection in the store and on the website. I have been visiting the shop in Vienna for over 15 years. Great place !
