Bob Craig did an incredible job of taking car of my car.  I have been bringing my car to Bill Knight for repairs & maintenance for years and always ask for Bob.  He always recognizes me and greets me by my name!  He made all the repairs I requested and also made sure that my oil was changed.  He found a part my car needed, but it was at a high price.  He found the same part locally at a better price.  I believe that the highest compliment I can pay Bob Craig is that I trust him with my car.  That is saying a lot.  I never worry when Bob is responsible for my car.  Bill Knight Ford is very fortunate to have a man like Bob that is so professional, courteous, resourceful, responsive, and loyal.  He is my 5-Star Service Advisor!

I bought my Ford F 150 from Bill Knight Ford three years ago.  Since then they have taken care of all my service needs.  Every time I take  my vehicle in for oil changes all the people in the quick change area are always very helpful. I think this kind of attitude and professionalism starts with the service manager.  They keep me informed on my vehicle and point out any items of concern or items that need attention. I do have the option to go any were for service,  but I will always return to Bill Knight Ford Tulsa south.

Top notch quality facility with matching personnel. I have had a lot of dealings with these type of situations. I can safely say that I have never been treated so well by anyone as Bill Knight Ford. Kelly is the nicest guy and really cares about your experience(s) there. My truck was taken care of expertly and they even addressed an issue that I didn't even know I had. If you have a Ford, Bill Knight Ford is the only place to go. Just tell them Will sent you. Keep up the good work guys.

On my first visit to dealer for airbag recall, had an issue. Dealer correct very quickly,
Which I didn't expect. Will give the dealer 
Another chance on my next service. Kelly Summer's was very nice, and.went out of his way to make it right. Thank you.

It was done very quickly and required little time to wait.  The people that greeted me, were courteous and very professional.  The car was in excellent working condition when it was returned.  Only problem was that the car was washed for free but it was not dried off and there were dark oily prints on the hood and the drivers door.  They were easily cleaned off so no real issue. 
 Other than that, perfect!
