When you go inside CarMax you don't feel like they're there to get you. It's a very relaxed experience with no unwelcome pressure. The professional, courteous staff is there to help you find a vehicle that fits your needs. The process of purchasing a vehicle is very streamlined and fast. Their appraisals for your current vehicle are very fair. I have sold vehicles to them outright and traded vehicles with them a few times. CarMax is my go to car lot.

Just bought my second vehicle from CarMax. Each visit has been low pressure and enjoyable. When shopping for a used car, they will remain my first dealer of choice.

I found my car online in Ft. Meyers Florida. It said it was NON TRANSFERABLE. But, after going into the dealership here in Tulsa, and speaking to Tyler, my new sales rep, he found out it COULD be transferred with some patience. So, we transferred it up to Tulsa. I LOVED the car, so it is now MY CAR! I have an appointment to take care of a few creaks that need attention and I will update after the appointment. Tyler has been the best car salesperson I could have asked for. Communication, respectful, easy going, pleasant, and had my little red corvette all pretty and waiting on me to test drive it then purchase it. Full of gas, clean and ready to GO!

Dan was a salty old dog and we got on great. He's a good knowledgeable salesman. Staff are all upbeat and positive. Car buying sucks, but Carmax does well in minimizing time and hassle.
