From the moment we stepped on the lot, the staff treated us with respect and listened to what we were looking for.  They didn't try to "steer" us to something that we didn't want.  We were shown multiple vehicles that had the options we desired, which impressed us because of the choices that were available.  They were extremely friendly without the "fake buddy" feeling that some dealerships exude.  I would highly recommend this dealership and Joe Simmons in particular.  Joe took the time to explain every question that we had.  He even shared some answers to questions that we had not even thought of.  This was a great buying experience!

Update. 5/5 stays in place. The staff is accommodating, polite, professional. Still recommend.

My experience rated a 5 out of 5. My first contact with the dealer was frustrating and subpar.  When I brought it to management's attention, the response was outstanding. My treatment was fair and courteous. The price I paid was competitive and fair.

Jackie Cooper Nissan was great! Everyone there was so accommodating!  I will definitely be back to buy from them again in the future! Ben Johnson was great to work with! He was very patient and answered every question I had to make sure I understood every detail of the price and financing and all that jazz! Ben's professionalism was on point! He was very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles and the different features on them.  I really respect how he helped me find a great car with everything on my list, but that fit within my price range.  If you want a great car buying experience ask for Ben! He will do everything he can to make sure you're happy! Thank you so much!!! I'm loving my new Nissan Rogue!

These guys were so nice and so helpful! They figured out a reoccurring problem I had and came up with affordable solutions for me and gave me a quote on some other work my car needed. They also washed my car and vacuumed it when they were done! I will be back!

EXCELLENT dealership. I've purchased 2 vehicles from Eric N, my sister has purchased 3 vehicles from Eric and my mom has purchased one. We all have our vehicles serviced at the dealership and the service is outstanding. The dealership is bright, clean and neat. The waiting area is wonderful. The buying process has been smooth all the way through. Eric is superb and ensures to follow-up in the months/years to come. The service techs are always friendly and thorough. There's no one else I would trust to service my vehicle so well!
