Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to ensure our experience is the best possible. Our salesman, Zach, was so easy to work with and worked with us to get us a great deal. Zach is new, but he really has a great personality for sales. The sales manager I believe it was, that helped Zach to make sure everything was taken care of, was very nice also. Zach has checked with us several times to make sure we are happy with our purchase.

Cassandra went above and beyond to accommodate my needs in purchasing my vehicle, Excellent knowledge of vehicles and very customer friendly. I feel even more satisfied knowing that she made sure I was in the right car for me, instead of just a car right now. Would highly recommend her expertise to anyone in the market for a vehicle. The Financial department was highly professional and answered all my questions. I was able to purchase my new 2017 Highlander with a payment I can afford. I would give Cassandra AAA++++++++++++! Thank you for a pleasant experience and a great vehicle!

Buying a car can be a harrowing, dreadful experience, especially when dealing with a sales person who doesn't listen, and is only interested in pushing cars off the lot. I had visited five other dealerships in Oklahoma and North Texas looking for a Toyota Tacoma, and all five dealerships had sales people that made me want to run for the hills. Then I visited Jim Norton's and Jacqueline was the first person to greet me in the parking lot. She was awesome in every regard. She let me take my time, weigh pros/cons of getting a new vehicle and we even did much of our negotiating via text! It was awesome, because I didn't feel like I was being pressured to make a decision on the spot. She got me the truck I wanted, with all the extras I wanted, and I was even happy with the price. If anyone is in the market for a new car, I would refer them to her in a heart beat. I even had to visit the dealership a few days after purchasing my truck to have side steps put on. The guys in the service dept. were incredible, friendly, and made sure it didn't take too long to get the job done right. I couldn't be happier with my new Tacoma or the experience I had at Jim Nortons. Thank you Jacqueline!

Driving into service bays and the greeter, she was SO nice! Being escorted inside to the customer service rep, who was an awesome guy. The waiting area, snack bar. The service rep finding me in the waiting room to tell me the car is ready. The restroom. The gift shop. Cleanliness & comfort and the waterfall. W-O-W, just wow! I want to come back just to relax and that's what I told all my friends, too!

I've never been so satisfied with a car dealership, as I am with Jim Norton. Vary professional and knowledgeable staff. I take my vehicle in regularly to have it serviced. Always satisfied! Highly recommend for your your mechanical needs.
