These are great people with great prices. They are willing to help you buy a car rather than sell you junk. Love these guys. Look for them in Broken Arrow, Bartlesville, and Sapulpa also.

This is my FIRST negative review on the internet. I am just fed up. I honestly can't even believe I am still a customer. I have purchased 4 cars from them over the past 6 years. Besides the fact that every single one of them has had the engine light come within a few months of owning, they all seem to be reliable cars. I bought the first two cars from the BA location. First time was ok, second time I felt like I was treated very badly by a VERY rude salesman after I had purchased the car. I even mentioned this to the girl who processes the title transfer at Car Country and she made the owner aware as well. When it was time for me to buy a different car, although I live in BA, I went to the location in Bixby. It was a pretty pleasant experience and they did everything they said they would. Last summer, I needed a bigger vehicle so I went back in to Bixby and everything was great at the time. I found a car I loved and took it for a test drive. Was definitely interested in it but the left blinker didn't work so I mentioned that to him. He included the replacement of it as part of the deal. I signed and took the vehicle and left. He stated that he would call me when the light came in. I am copying/pasting a letter I wrote to Nelson Finance back in November below: (I received ZERO response by the way). 11/18/2015 I am writing this letter as this is not the first time I have had an issue and I feel like you need to be made aware. I have been a very loyal customer as I have purchased 4 vehicles so far through Car Country/Nelson Auto Finance. I bought a vehicle through Car Country in Bixby back in July. On July 3, 2015 I went to the Bixby location to purchase the vehicle. I picked out the car I wanted to purchase & everything ran very fast & smooth. The only issue I had was when I took the car out for a test drive; we noticed the left blinker was not working. I mentioned this to the salesman and he included a new bulb as part of the deal and told me that they would call me when it came in. On August 12, 2015 I e-mailed the salesman who told me the bulb would be ordered, asking if it had come in yet as I hadn’t heard from anyone. I received no response. (E-mails are attached). On September 1, 2015 I sent another e-mail following up. I did receive a response back that time fairly quick, apologizing for not responding and stated that my emails were going to a Spam folder. (Although I emailed him insurance docs previously that he rec’d with no problem). He advised me that he would order the bulb. On September 11, 2015 I sent another e-mail asking if the bulb came in. I received an immediate response back that he had not ordered it and that I can just come pick it up at O’Reilly’s in Bixby but to let him know in advance so he can make sure they know I’m coming. On September 21, 2015 I e-mailed asking if I could pick it up at an O’Reilly’s in Broken Arrow instead as I had not been able to make it out to Bixby. If not, I said I would have someone run by Bixby to pick it up. No Response so I gave up & purchased the bulb myself. >>>>end of letter>>>>> The other day I must have forgotten about all the bad things that have happened with the lack of customer appreciation/satisfaction at the dealer as I found a car that I was interested in on the website. I submitted a request thru the site and was immediately called back. Of course, the car I wanted was already sold - I've noticed over the years that they are HORRIBLE at keeping their inventory up to date online. Once I told him that I was already a customer and wanted to possibly trade-in the car I already finance with them (which they say is an "easy" process), he said he would call me back after looking at my options. Of course, 4 days later I still haven't heard back - which I won't. They only seem to care about new customers coming in and not keeping the current loyal ones happy. My plan is to pay off my car as fast as possible and never deal with them again.

I recently visited the BA location where I found a Nissan Murano, I got the VIN so I could do some research. My research proved interesting as they are asking $13,500 for a car that was sold in Tulsa in Jan 2014 with 114K miles on it (now has 147K miles on it), when it was sold by an individual in Jan. 2014 the asking price was $9800, the KBB value on it right now is $7400 in excellent condition, so they are asking nearly double book value for the car plus they want to roast me with interest charges on the loan. This should be outlawed. The sad thing is I think the car salesman there would have sold it to me in good conscious with a smile on his face. Sad.
