Love how the staff took care of us. The life time warranty on the engine and transmission is the reason we bought a new car. Charles was awesome helping my daughter pick out the right car for her. I highly recommend them. Also, every employee was very nice and I liked the fresh fruit and drinks while we were shopping.

Have purchased three cars here, sales staff is helpful and we'll informed.  My sales person likes the vehicles he sells and it shows.  Service department has been great.  Very accommodating and helpful.

Solid from start to finish. I'd never had an ideal dealership experience before this week. Great service + fair deal = happy customer. Even their hot chocolate was sublime on that chilly night!

Found a car on the internet so I came to the dealership while I had some time away from work. Spoke with sales rep. Jeff Lewis. He's got experience and knows how to get on that personal level with people. Very out going and very appreciative. Nothing but good things for these guys from us. Hope it stays that way. The wife loves her car, thanks Jeff for everything!

I was thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness, serene atmosphere, and most of all, the friendly and knowledgeable staff at Nelson Mazda. Mr. Tim Fancher was my salesperson and I perceived him to be quite honest and upfront. He told me they are non-commissioned, which makes a HUGE difference if you've ever had the creepy, aggressive salesperson experience in the past. I got to speak with one of the managers, too, who also was quite upfront and easy to speak with. I ultimately decided to hold off on making a move, but will absolutely keep Nelson Mazda in mind for my next purchase, which more than likely will be a Mazda 3. Anyway, thank you all for a great experience. You guys are doing it right!
