We ordered a custom build on a new 2018 Mustang at a different dealership and things didn’t go so well.  We were in a complete panic because it was a surprise for our son’s graduation from High School.  By a complete miracle, we made a phone call to Bill Pierre Ford, talked to Tony, and he SAVED THE DAY!!! He had a Mustang on the lot that had all the features we had ordered but it was a little different color.  He told us on the phone he thought we would love it.  It turned out to be a prettier color than the one we had ordered.  The car was absolutely perfect!!! Tony sealed down the same price we had agreed to and had us completely taken care of in a matter of minutes.  We didn’t have to wait, he took care of everything for us.  He had the car on the showroom floor ready to go, it was absolutely gorgeous.  We were able to keep our plans for our son’s graduation party and everything worked out perfectly.  Bill Pierre Ford has been a dream to work with, they are so great, everyone is so friendly and they care only about the customer and we really appreciate that.  Fabulous all the way around and Tony is a doll! He was more excited than we were to make this deal happen for our son’s graduation.  Thank you everyone at Bill Pierre Ford for taking a really difficult situation at a different dealership and saving the day with an even better car and a better deal.  We couldn’t be more thrilled and our son is on cloud 9!!!

I had such a great car buying experience at Bill Pierre Ford! Brice, Kelly and Charles were on the team I worked with and they could not have been more helpful and genuinely cared about getting my family into a great vehicle with the best financing available. I can't thank them enough for all they've done! The process was so smooth and I didn't even need to be in the office to get the financing process started.  They even gave us a loaner car while we waited for our new one to go through all the proper safety checks. I would recommend Bill Pierre Ford if you want no hassle car buying with great people! We had a great buying experience at Bill Pierre Ford.  They gave us a great price, and even offered to replace the windshield after we noticed a small, previously filled rock chip. Our sales consultant, Kevin Vargas, was excellent. He was very knowledgeable about the car, and walked us through all of the bells and whistles on the car. He was also extremely professional, and most importantly, wasn't pushy about making the sale or trying to sell us on extras we didn't want, which was a big part of the reason we decided to buy the car we did. We'll definitely be checking out Bill Pierre Ford next time we are looking for a new car.

Overall it was a fairly enjoyable experience.  It took me about 4 hours from walking in the door to leaving with my new vehicle.  My sales man was Mason Parker, who was very helpful and answered all my questions and took time at both the start of my time there and the end to go over all of the features of my vehicle.  He also made sure he went over my daily routine to make sure the vehicle I was purchasing was going to fit my needs.  Once we got to finance, I ended up working with Darren Faller who was very personable and went over things and answered all of my questions.  There was some tweaking the next day, but overall it was pretty seamless.  He is also from the south, which was nice because we bonded over that.  I am interested to see how my relationship evolves with this dealership in terms of maintenance and accessories, and hopefully there parts department can deliver the same service there sales team did.  Overall, I would recommend them and specific ask for the guys that I did business with.

Honestly things started off pretty shaky. We called two days prior to make sure they had the 2 cars we wanted to look at before we made the 5 hour one way trip. We arrived at our scheduled appointment time and neither vehicle was at the dealership. The manager Nick found us a new salesperson Tony. Tony drove us to the other lot and ran circles in the parking lot trying to find what we wanted. He was amazing, listened to everything we said, and found my husband his dream sports car. He is a great asset to this dealership, and the next time we want another new car we will definitely make the 5 hour drive to work with him. Thank you for making what could have been a horrible experience, one of the best we have ever had! Thanks Tony!
