Should have done this review much sooner, but I bought an older car at a great price from these guys a couple years ago and even though we had some unexpected issues with the starter giving out within a week of the purchase, they got the part replaced and took care of it entirely.  I even got a ride home as it was late in the evening.  

It may be impossible to guarantee that nothing will go wrong on any particular car, but their service to me was top notch, if I ever have to buy a used car again, they'll be the first place I check.

First time buying from a dealer so of course I go in cautious and uncertain so as to not get a lemon car. I wasn't pressured into buying anything and was treated professionally. Back hatch door didn't work but Jeff wrote a note to have it fixed for no charge. Not only did they replace the part, they gave me a light that went out at no charge. Good customer service from both Jeffs. I would buy another car from these guys.

I bought a 2003 Ford focus from these guys for my daughter who is driving over pass for college. Right from the start the sale guy was honest. He advised me that the ford was a better deal for the money. They had put a new timing-belt on it. 3 weeks after buying car timing-belt had another problem. With in 5 day had it diagnosed. Carsmart covered the fix and the tow for me. I have never received exceptional   customer service from any other used car dealers. My son will be driving in a year and I plan to purchase  another car from Carsmart. Thanks Carsmarts for making a bad situation right.

I would never go back to this place! Took 10mins for someone to come and then I asked how much a car was and then asked if I could drive and he said why you don't have the money (which was not the case) but I stilled end up paying cash out for the car and he said something like oh you must had a good taxes return and then asked me how much I had left after buying the car. Very very unprofessional.
