We purchased a car off of eBay. This is the first time we have bought a car sight-unseen and it was somewhat anxiety-provoking when we won the bid; however, the family-run business was very attentive. 

They noticed that the car had a problem, so they recommended we wait a bit to pick it up while they had the issue addressed. After I picked up the car, they reimbursed us for a few problems that we noticed even though they did not have to. 

It's honestly really nice to buy a car from a team that makes sure you're happy and that the car is to your satisfaction. It's probably the best experience I could hope for when buying online and I would absolutely recommend them based on their customer service, responsiveness, and friendliness.

Bought a truck on eBay from them. They had it listed as low miles only 89k after delivery. Found out the odometer is 5 digits and has rolled over a few times. Bad brakes. Loses all its oil. Shady people. While picking up truck they didn't mind us overhearing how they were trying to stall a lady from a test drive so they could jimmy rig a car to work long enough for a test drive. After leaving a review on eBay they then started to text non stop in the middle of the night until threatened with police. Shady dealer creepy people. Shouldn't have to involve police when dealing with car dealers but with this one you will have to.

Follow up- after multiple problems with my GL 350 - see review below - we just got a call from MB of Tacoma. A completely new engine is neede. MB said it's "full of sludge." $25,000.00 for a new engine plus labor. Of course, I can get a "second opinion" and shop around for a different engine price, but the value of the car itself is between 11K and 15K and the negative equity in the car vs loan is so deep I can't even roll it into another loan. STAY AWAY from Maharajah Motors!
