We were directed to Toyota of Lake City by Costco's auto buying program.  George Chaker was our salesman and he was super helpful and very conscientious of our time restraints. Buying a car is never quick, but he did as good a job of speeding the process as he probably could. Anyway, no complaints here.

EDITED: I am very impressed with the immediate attention the leadership of this dealership took to rectify an experience that I had. Knowing that they will work hard to make any experience a great one, I can now recommend them.

Great experience all around! Tim helped me and the family out a lot and was very patient with us. Very informative and knows his stuff, and got us a deal for our Corolla 2017.

Been taking my Prius here for a few years, and they've always done great work on it for me. The staff here are also extremely polite, friendly, and honest. They have a nice waiting lounge area with a big TV, and free coffee and WiFi. There's also a shuttle to get you home if it's going to be a long wait, and the shuttle driver, Melody, is super nice.

Updated: Really appreciate Chris from Toyota of Lake City to contact me and provide me a reasonable reimbursement for the overcharging. Glad they are listening to their customers. 5 stars for their customer service.

Very very very disappointed about their car maintenance service!!! 
They will charge you $450+ for a single 30k Prius maintenance service without even discussing about what services they are about to give to your car when you leave your car with them! -- that's why I switched to Toyota of Kirkland for 35k maintenance and they charged for only $33. You only know the bill when you are picking up the car and that's too late to argue about the bills. 
Shame on you, Toyota of Lake City.
