I was searching for a good used truck and Billion Auto had a great selection. The salesman Grant was very courteous and professional. The finance department fought to get me the best interest rate. Overall was a very positive experience and when we are in the market for another vehicle Billion Auto will be our first stop!

My sales person was Eddie Thomas and while he is an amazing person and a terrific salesman I got the worse customer service after buying the car. I got a 2007 Honda Element and the windshield needed to be replaced. I was told the dealership will run with half the cost of it due to my best friend referring me to Billion after purchasing three cars with them. I ended up covering the whole cost of the windshield, which had to be replaced twice because the first one was scratched. I asked if they could look into a fault the vehicle had. It shut off twice on me and it was difficult to crank. I figured it was the battery because of the cold weather. They did not check anything. The battery was charged but that was it. I had to replace the starter on the truck before even making my first payment which was highly upsetting specially after I have told them having the vehicle just for three days. I was told the battery was charged as an “Act of good faith” and they didn’t have to do anything else to my truck. As soon as I signed for it I was left with it. Careful when you buy from them...

Rob Bauer is the best service advisor ever! Talk about outstanding customer service! This guy knows his cars, listens to the customers and takes care of them, in addition to working with the top technicians around! These guys have taken care of my vehicles since 2003! They are the best of the best! Thank you for being outstanding!

From the second I walked onto their lot, the salesperson (Alex M.) was very down-to-earth and easy-going. I actually went there twice (once to test drive and once to pay), and BOTH times, I felt very comfortable there. He listened to what kind of vehicle for which I was looking, and he worked hard to find that vehicle for me. Not once did I feel uneasy during the entire buying experience. They have a HUGE lot, so you will find what you're looking for, and the staff at Billion Auto will make sure that you are happy about it. I can't say enough good things about them. if you're looking for a pleasurable and low-pressure car buying experience, I would definitely recommend Billion Auto.

Loved the experience. The people I dealt with weren’t pushy and didn’t play typical car sales games. They got me a good deal on a car I thought was above my price range. I’d definitley recommend anybody come here for a vehicle.
