I just purchased a 2017 Jeep Cherokee from this dealership. It is my 4th Jeep and by far the best purchasing experience I have ever had. I first met Joe Stroppel - he took me on my test drive and sold me the car. He really cared about my questions, concerns and helped me understand why I needed this car. He was patient with my hesitation and stepped back to allow me to make my own decision. Next I went in to pick up the car and Joe was busy on another test drive so I dealt with the sales manager Nolan. He was very informative and helpful in Joe's absence. Last but not least I worked with Jerry, the finance guy and he was amazing! Talked me through everything they had to offer and helped me figure out what it was I really needed, got me discounts and even negotiated and amazing interest rate! I have never been happier or more secure on a car buying decision in my life! Thanks Gentleman!

Bought a used Dodge Durango from Joe last night.  I had several questions as we were debating between Grand Cherokee and Durango.  Joe was patient with us and helped us navigate through the various options with each vehicle and eventually find the vehicle we feel in love with.  No high pressure sales tactics, just honest questions and answers.  Hopefully our service experience is as top notch as our buying experience!  Thanks Joe

Very disappointed in the service department of this dealership.  I needed a simple oil change service and a recall issue addressed for my Jeep Wrangler and went online to schedule an appointment.  I found a day and time that worked and scheduled, no problem.  I received an email later that day from the service department indicating that there was actually no availability during the week I had originally scheduled, but if I would come the next week I would be accommodated.  My work schedule would not allow for the following week, so I was advised I could just use the Express Lane service where no appointment was needed to at least get the oil changed and could address the minor recall issue at a later date.  I subsequently took their advice and drove down this AM.  As I pulled in there were 3 service people at their desks, not a one looked up on my arrival.  Eventually one advisor came over and asked what I needed.  When told I just wanted to use the Express Lane oil change service the first response was "I hope you have plenty of time as there are 5 cars ahead of you."  Needless to say that response was all I needed, I gave a polite no thank you and left that facility.  It was clear that my presence was more of an irritation as opposed to an opportunity to provide good service.  This will be my last visit to this dealership.

Thanks for taking up two valuable parking spaces in downtown Iowa City with your ridiculous advertisement vehicle, idiots. I hope that shiny red Jeep gets vandalized beyond repair or recognition.

My salesman Dom was great. However, I don’t like that I only had my jeep 4 months and already had to pay to replace my cabin air filter due to it had mold in it. I’ve only had my vehicle 4 months and I bought it brand new. I’ve already posted to Facebook for review also.
