The service was excellent and friendly. In harsh 2018 winter, 6 month after I purchased my from them, my car could not start due to nearly dead battery. Without any hesitation,  Tyler Thompson and Justin stopped by and jumped my car and provided very helpful suggestions.  I truly appreciated their help and highly recommend that you select next cars from them, simply due to their thoughtful service and professionalism.

Ernie was really responsive and quick at getting back with me and making a deal that worked out for both parties. Salesman Justin was really helpful and kind. He made the process quick and easy. Great group to work with when needing a reasonable price on a great vehicle. Can't thank them enough.

Worked with a guy named T-Bone great fella, got to talking to him, happen to know my whole family. The Rogue he leased me has been nothing but great. Didn't know much about leasing until i stopped in to Carousel Nissan. Went to 3 other dealerships didn't get the same respect as i did at Carousel. 
If you are looking for a great deal and friendly knowledgeable staff then let Carousel Nissan be your next stop.

The staff was prompt and courteous every step of the way, which was incredibly helpful since I was a first-time buyer. I also didn't feel like anything "extra" was being pushed on me and I'm extremely satisfied with the price and quality of the vehicle I purchased!

I just leased another Nissan Rogue from Carousel Nissan in Iowa City.  I love the cars, and I know that I can count on this dealership for excellent service and maintenance of my cars.   Staff there are always polite, helpful, and very well informed.
