From an elgant formal wedding to a Vermont Country Buffet in a former cow barn, we love weddings.If you'd like a candlelight dinner in a mountain meadow, we can do it. A BBQ after a golf outing, we can do it. At Our Place, we offer a beautifully decorated restaurant featuring private dining rooms, an outdoor deck, a gorgeous lawn with mountain views accompanied by fine food & drink. What? Yes BBQ. A few years back, Henry got himself a smoker and has been indulging a passion for Genuine Slo Smoke BBQ. Every Sunday evening in the warm months, Bistro Henry serves up some of the best Dry Rub Memphis Style Ribs, East Carolina Pulled Pork, Texas Brisket and Vermont's Own Cider Glazed Chicken cooked up by pitmaster Henry over native hardwoods hickory, maple oak and cherry.
