This is a typical refurbished KOA. I have stayed here occasionally over the past ten years.   It is a place to land. The spaces are tight, and I have yet to find one in the park that approximates level. The bathrooms are clean and seem fairly new in the spring of 2018. They claimed to be in the process of reworking their reservation and registration software spring of 2018.

Jack is crazy!!!  This place could be an awesome place.  I am afraid of Jack the owner!  Why is he in business?  Beware!

We live  heard  before  and we came back  ,they  are clean  up  the campground  up it  looks  so much  better  Jack  has hired  a great  New hand man the two have  been doing  a great  job and the store  has got a lot more  food  now  , so if u haven't  been  there  lately  , came  back  and take  a look  around  u well be happy  , ask for miss b and Jack

Friendly staff, and people around. Has awesome board games to play, pet friendly area, and people here will work with you if you are down on your luck.

This campground is #1👍in Az when it comes to hospitality 🤗 and respect. Its not dirt cheap but wont break your bank and alot of ammenties included like, cable and wi-fi. Elaborating on respect, the rules are fair and most of all,  you will not be HORN SWAGGLED!  For example:
* Utility price gauging. Which is against Az state law. Yes it happens & will get evicted if you question it. 
*Regulations: You are given clear rules on paper prior to. All are treated the same. Kin folk or not. 
* Sadly, there are alot RV park owners that run their place like a Belligerent Tyrant. 
You will not have to worry about the above at this campground. It is one of the few left that you will remember with a warm smile!! & come back.
