The lovely centerpiece for our Thanksgiving table was beautifully designed with the flowers and colors requested. The flowers were very fresh and fragrant, and still look great. Black Mountain Floral Center gets five stars! Will use them again.

Ordered Anniversary bouquet for wife, was 25th and ordered roses that were supposed to come with silver vase, they delivered a different bouquet in a clear vase and the whole bouquet looked terrible... very depressing... DO NOT TRUST THIS FLORIST!!!

Black Mountain Floral Center has always provided the best of service. There has to be an explanation for the previous review. Their arrangements are fresh and beautiful. They also service many churches in the area.

I purchased flowers through their website for a delivery the next day to a local address. They were to be a gift for my mother on her 70th birthday. The flowers were never delivered! I was never contacted by the company with any potential issues. If they had, I could have made alternate plans. Submitted by the company on their Yelp page: "Black Mountain Floral Center Proudly Serves The Black Mountain Area. We Are Family Owned And Operated. We Are Committed To Offering Only The Finest Floral Arrangements And Gifts, Backed By Service That Is Friendly And Prompt. Because All Of Our Customers Are Important, Our Professional Staff Is Dedicated To Making Your Experience A Pleasant One. That Is Why We Always Go The Extra Mile To Make Your Floral Gift Perfect." I don't know the quality of their floral arrangements but from what I've experienced everything else in their above claim is worth a pile of garbage.
