Haven't had a chance to eat here in years but I'm glad to say that the food was as good as I remember from back in the day! The main recommendation that I think is worth noting are the onion rings! These things are huge and the batter that they are fried with is great! The burgers are also really good here but they also have steaks and seafood. But the Brownie Sunday was the main attraction for our kids. Wheelchair accessibility: Should anyone need the use of a wheelchair, there are ramps throughout this facility.
Place is really large, half of our group wanted seafood and the other did not. Our server was awesome. The food was just okay. Maybe, our order picker was off. But, out of 8, two didn't finish the majority of the meal or ask for a take out box. Two of us got the all you can eat shrimp which was good, but as soon as you get your plate, just order another one since the kitchen gets pretty backed up. I would come back and try one it once more if back in the area.
We went on 7/28 about 5:45 pm, so we beat the crowd and didn’t have to wait for a table at all. Loved the house margarita in the rocksgreat size and you can actually taste the tequila, fried shrimp, and fried calamari. Great rib-eye with shrimp added and the chicken fried steak was good, too. Our server, Billie Jean made our experience even better. Will definitely be going back.
It was okay. We went on a Sunday afternoon. There wasn't a wait so that was nice. Our waiter was nice. I was disappointed because they were out of what I originally ordered stuff crab so I choose another item quickly and wasn't impressed. The shrimp was run of the mill fried shrimp, you could get anywhere. The tarter sauce was good. The baked potato was good.
Great dining experience. Classic seafood restaurant atmosphere and friendly staff. Waiter was exceptional. Clam chowder was amazing, fried calamari was great. Fish 3-way and fried Asian catfish could use a little more seasoning. Overall, great experience.
Fantastic food. Great dessert. We had mozzarella sticks for an appetizer, friend shrimp plate totally forgot to take a picture, and the apple pie for dessert. It was all great. The restroom was gross someone had just thrown up I think in there but I let them know. No fault of the restaurant.
Food was awesome. I had the Asian Blackened Catfish and it had both my eyes rolled back. So delicious. Atmosphere was amazing. Plenty of space and room for large parties. Service was excellent. Will be back
30 minute wait this Saturday night but well worth it. Enjoyed drinks from the bar while sitting outside on their large patio. Once seated, ordered a dozen oysters. They did not disappoint. Nice, large chilled oysters served with full flavored horseradish and cocktail sauce. A table favorite. Had to go with the broiled seafood platter and the fried seafood platter. The platters have fried Asian catfish, three strips, 3 fried shrimp, stuffed shrimp, scallops and one stuffed crab. Also, came with baked potato, fully loaded, and creamy mashed potatoes one for each plate. Wait, had more, also came with either a garden salad or coleslaw. Tried both. Then on top of each plate sat a huge onion ring. Delicious. Thank you to the quick and attentive waitstaff that just made it an extra special meal. Can't wait to comeback. Features: None
Seafood was very tasty. The location is on point. Service was excellent. The waitress really helps you out with the order and gives the best available food. Chips, guac, fish everything was outstanding.
Over-priced beach food. Everything was just fried and greasy. Not close to fine dining, lots of kids and families just filling up on fried food paying tourist/summer prices. Not worth the money or time. They made people wait outside even though tables were free and staff standing around, probably not to overwhelm the kitchen. There has to be better food options on the island. DEFINITELY NOT A STEAK HOUSE.
