Do not waste your money on this company! That is if they stay in business. 
Long story short- cars are bought at an auction and sold directly from there in their current state, unless you pin-point what is wrong with it before hand. If you do that, you get the issues in writing, you will not get them all fixed. Been trying to get my car suitable for driving where I will not receive a ticket for the busted taillight,  cracked windshield (three quarters of it is cracked), or missing license plate lights. All valid things to be worried about considering I am 9 months pregnant, due any day, and trying to get it safe for a newborn. All of which were agreed to being fixed by the company.  You will be told to meet at the shop at a certain time and then wait there for 2 hours for the owner to show up on multiple occasions. Now, after almost 40 days, he claims to "have misplaced the shop keys", "be going out of business" and "does not have the funds to fix the vehicle".  
Instead of spending the money on things the newborn would need, I have to use it on the expenses of fixing the car out of pocket on an extremely tight budget. 
I generally thought he was a good guy at the beginning and he was willing to work with me but the more I get shoved around, the more I realize how flaky and irresponsible he is. 
If you do end up working with this company and they do stay in business, I highly recommend saving every message between you two.(We have communicated souly  through text messages).

This company is a serious stain on our community. They are liars and thieves and because of their unlawfulness people are in danger of loosing their drivers licenses due to blings refusing to report proper paperwork to DMV like Oregon law requires! They need to be shut down and forced to pay restatution to all of those they have wronged!!!!!!

Worst car lot ever. I traded a car in over a year ago, and I just got a tow bill from the car getting abandoned in Washington, they are auctioning it AND saying that Washington can ticket me, fine me 250.00 bucks and take away MY license. This car lot did NOT switch registration like everyone in oregon supposed to, they just sold it out of state so they didn't have to do what oregon law requires. All they did is tell the DMV they had the car in their lot. Went to the dmv today, asked the lady there about this and she said this happens ALOT with shady auto companies. I will NEVER recommend this auto lot to ANYONE ever. Dont go for convenience save your time and stress and just goto a REAL car lot.

Complete scam artists. Has a post for car(04 suburban $1825) so i called in and said "the price went up to $2500 because that's how much he owed on it". So I asked about another car,(01 focus $1500) then I saw the pictures that were posted with that car and he used the pictures from the person he bought it from. So the price was at the top of the pics at $1174. 
Nice job guys, way to swindel people and lie.
Way to have great management and customer service.

Bling Auto is by far the best used car lot around good dependable cars and trucks at an affordable price. I've bought new and used vehicles from many different lots and have never met a more honest man. He to carries a "NO BULL" policy. Go in and check this guy out, I'm sure you won't be disappointed and you'll leave with a vehicle and a smile on your face. Thank You Bling Auto for everything you have done for us.  Sincerely, Buck
