I had a great experience with Enterprise Car Sales. I am convinced that they take good care of their cars and sell them with low miles at good prices. I like the no hassle pricing. I think the closing nd paperwork process could go a little faster.

This is the Enterprise closest to home. I have always received excellent customer service here. They go above and beyond to make sure to keep me as a valued customer. It is really rare to find a place that places the customer's long-term patronage and value over just being a money-making place. I have used them for years, and am a gold member, and will continue to use them for all of my rental needs. I have had to travel due to family illness and I use Enterprise wherever I go because McLoughlin started me off on such a good note. My experiences at Enterprise across the board are excellent.

I've never purchased a "new" car before and going into it, I was a very hesitant. I was pre-approved for a loan prior to going into Enterprise and I knew which one I wanted to look at. Everyone that helped me was friendly and extremely helpful during the entire process. I didn't feel like I was being pressured to do anything or purchase anything I wasn't interested in. I was surprised how smooth the process was. Overall, I had a great first time experience and would recommend it to everyone who is afraid of stereotypical car sales men (like me). I love my new Corolla and am so happy with my purchase!

We bought a Ford Explorer at Enterprise Car sales on McLoughlin two years ago. To be completely upfront, I will preface that I was working for Enterprise at that time, took advantage of the Employee discount and at the time was "drinking the Kool-Aid" for the company. We purchased, and I won't lie, love the vehicle. Recently, we have had a couple issues with the car that has me wanting to warn any potential buyers from this or any other Enterprise dealership. 
Enterprise is self insured, first and foremost, which means that any car issues are corrected on their dime. I will tell you right now, Enterprise emphasizes a culture of profit first, customers last. My reason for bringing this up is that we seem to be spending quite a bit of money fixing things that Enterprise "fixed" before selling it to the public. We have had issues with a leaking transmission from the beginning of the purchase, a couple dealers have looked at it and said that is wasn't a big issue and just topped off the fluids. A couple weeks ago we took our car in to get it serviced and tuned up. We have a wonder family trusted mechanic that looked at it and said he would take a closer look at it. What he found out was that it appears that it had transmission issues before. Enterprise "fixed it" by throwing in used parts from a different vehicle's tranny. Needless to say, they did not use new parts to fix the problem, they simply recycled parts from other used rentals. 
Red flag to buyers! If you do buy from Enterprise, buy the aftermarket warranty and find a reputable mechanic to go through with a magnify glass. Get any of Enterprise's crappy fixes done correctly. 
I hope this helps any potential buyers. Make sure what you are buying is worth the money.
